Nikhil Trading Academy Payment Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Nikhil Trading Academy is only Education Service Providing Platform.

These Payment Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing payment for products and services offered by Nikhil Trading Academy (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"). By making a payment to Nikhil Trading Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Methods

3. Payment Obligation

3.1. Payment Due Date: Payments are due in full upon receipt of the invoice or as otherwise specified in your service agreement.

3.2. 10% Admin will be deduction on referral income achievment.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1. Refund Policy: Nikhil Trading Academy has a refund policy,Time period for applying refund is 48 hours from course activation. 10% deduction will be applied on fees of course.

4.2. Cancellations: To cancel services and be eligible for a refund, you must adhere to the Company's cancellation policy, which will be specified in your service agreement.

5. Payment Disputes

5.1. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding payments, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation and in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be subject to mediation or legal action as outlined in applicable laws.

5.2. Chargebacks: Chargebacks will only be accepted in the case of unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity. Chargebacks without valid reasons may result in the cancellation of services and legal action.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with your payment to Nikhil Trading Academy. The Company will specify the tax amount, if applicable, in the invoice.

7. Currency and Exchange Rates

All payments should be made in the currency specified in your invoice. Exchange rates may apply when converting payments from foreign currencies. Nikhil Trading Academy is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by financial institutions.

8. Privacy and Security

Your payment information will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Company takes appropriate measures to secure your payment data, but you acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure.
